外国人技能実習生を受入れる場合、『入国前健康診断』そして日本人と同様に労働安全衛生

法第66条に基づき、『雇入れ時健康診断』、『定期健康診断』を実施しなければなりません。

入国前健康診断

面接に採用された候補者は、病気はないか、健康か、日本へ行く前に現地で健

康診断を必ず受けます。問題がなければ日本へ技能実習生として働くことができますが、問

題があった場合はその候補者は残念ながら、健康上のため不採用となってしまいます。その

ため採用者とは他に、補欠も何名か選んでいただくこととなります。

入国前健康診断は採用した候補者が送出し機関もしくは病院へ直接支払い、実施致します。

健康診断の内容も日本と変わらずレントゲンや採血をとります。

この時点での受入れ企業様のご負担はございません。

雇入れ時健康診断

技能実習生が日本へ入国し、1カ月間講習センターで必ず講習を受けなければなりません。

そのときに講習センターが実習生を病院へ連れて、雇入れ時健康診断を実施することも可

能です。金額は1万～1.5万円になります。

会社で実施することも可能ですので、入国する前に監理団体と相談して決めるとよいです。

定期健康診断

技能実習生を雇用し、1年に1度は必ず定期健康診断を受けなければなりません。

深夜労働がある場合は、半年に1度となります。

健康診断の項目

健康診断の項目ですが、最低限実施しなければならない検査項目が11項目あります。

• 既往歴及び業務歴の調査
• 自覚症状及び他覚症状の有無の検査
• 身長、体重、腹囲、視力、聴力の検査
• 胸部エックス線検査
• 血圧の測定
• 貧血検査（血色素量及び赤血球数）
• 肝機能検査（GOT、GPT、γ-GTP）
• 血中脂質検査（LDLコレステロール、HDLコレステロール、血清トリグリセライド）
• 血糖検査
• 尿検査（尿中の糖及び蛋白の有無の検査）
• 心電図検査

上記の項目が一つでも含まれていない場合は、再度健康診断を実施することとなりますの

で、検査項目に注意が必要となります。

労働基準法に関しまして、技能実習生と日本人も条件は同等になり、さらに保管書類等厳し

くチェックが入るので監理団体と共に情報共有や確認をしっかりすることが大事になりま

す。健康診断の結果は、本人に通知すると共に、実施結果に異常の所見が認められた技能実習生

に対し、健康を保持するための必要な措置について、医師の意見を聞かなければなりません。

必ず定期的な健康診断の実施が必要になります。

La Junta Electoral de la Asociación del Personal Nodocente de la Universidad Nacional de Jujuy, informa que una vez vencido los plazos para la presentación de candidatos a delegados gremiales (hasta el día 31 de agosto de 2021) y según lo establecido por calendario electoral, resuelve:
1 – En aquellos casos que han presentado lista única corresponde proclamar como delegados sindicales a los candidatos de las siguientes dependencias:

• Facultad de Humanidades y Ciencias Sociales.
  -Facultad de Ingeniería.
  -Facultad de Ciencias Económicas – Un Titular y Suplente por turno.
  -Rectorado.
  -Imprenta, CEPA y Editorial.
• Instituto de Investigaciones Tecnológicas y Mineras.
  -Dirección de Construcciones y Radio Universidad.
  -Instituto de Geología y Minería, Instituto de Biología de la Altura, Servicio Meteorológico, Secretaría de Bienestar Universitario y Casa de la Cultura.

2 – En el caso de la Facultad de Ciencias Agrarias y Escuela De Minas, dependencias que presentaron 2 (dos) listas, corresponde la apertura de urnas y elección, que tendrá a cargo la cuenta de votos dicha junta electoral.
Se habilitara una mesa para ambas dependencia, con dos urnas en la sede de la Facultad de Ciencias Agrarias cita en calle Alberdi N°47 el día 7 de septiembre en el horario de 08:00 a 10:00 hs y 14:00 a16:00 hs.
