Absolutely disgusting these guys work for the casinos and are no help at all. I've suffered allot after my money was stolen by windetta casino. These guys think its OK clearly after closing my complaint. You will get what's coming for you and so will the casino. I never recieved winnings or money deposited into my accout. Complaint resolution is awful

They claim to help with complaints against casinos. They dragged out a complaint for two months by resetting the clock constantly. Then favored the casino with no information to back why. I am guessing they get affiliate money and will never actually help a player. Tomas with casino guru is the worst of all. Unresponsive and unprofessional when there is a response.

I would never have been able to resolve this issue if it wasn’t for this casino guru employees they have been amazing! I would love to know become a member of their team I really enjoyed this even though it was at first a huge disappointment, and I didn’t really know how this worked.
