Antidumping investigation on imports of wind towers from China

Today, October 5, , the Final Resolution of the antidumping investigation on imports of wind towers originating in the People&#;s Republic of China was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation, regardless of the country of origin. The companies requesting the investigation were Arcosa Industries de México, S. de R.L. de C.V., and Speco Wind Power, S.A. de C.V., and four Chinese producer-exporters and Mexican importers of wind towers appeared at the investigation.

In this investigation, both the producer-exporter companies and the importers argued, among other reasons, that the eventual imposition of antidumping duties implies a barrier to entry into the domestic market, price setting by domestic producers, monopolistic or oligopolistic practices, distortion prices, increases in electricity prices, impact on consumers and obstacles to goals. Likewise, the counterparts asked the Ministry to evaluate the &#;public interest&#; of the environmental factor in light of Mexico&#;s international commitments regarding the production of clean energy, climate change, and sustainable development. In this regard, the Ministry concluded in paragraph of the Final Determination, the following:

The Ministry considers that the arguments of the appearing parties regarding the negative effects that the application of countervailing duties could cause in the domestic market are inadmissible since the eventual imposition of countervailing duties is only intended to restore fair conditions of competition and correct the distortion in prices generated by the concurrence of imports to the domestic market under conditions of price discrimination and not for other purposes.

Preliminary Antidumping Determination

The Ministry of Economy preliminarily applied countervailing duties that ranged from a range of % to for three participating Chinese producer-exporters and % for a Chinese producer-exporter and the other Chinese exporters. However, in its Final Resolution, it noted the following:

In the preliminary stage of the investigation, the Ministry determined it appropriate to apply provisional countervailing duties to imports of wind towers originating in China, equivalent to the margins of price discrimination. This was due to the fact that it reached a preliminary affirmative determination on the existence of price discrimination and pecuniary injury caused to the domestic wind tower industry, and considered them necessary to prevent them from continuing to cause injury to the industry during the investigation, in accordance with the provisions of Article of the Anti-Dumping Agreement.

Final Antidumping Determination

As stated in paragraph of the aforementioned Final Resolution, in this investigation the Ministry of Economy imposed a &#;lesser duty&#; in order to restore fair conditions of competition and eliminate damage to the domestic industry.

In paragraph of the Final Resolution, the Ministry of Economy determined to impose a final compensatory quota of 21% on imports of wind towers originating in China, regardless of the country of origin, which enter through the tariff section of the TIGIE, or by any other.

• Other Fruit: I also served grapes, watermelon slices, and two large trays filled with raspberries, blackberries and blueberries. Since most of my cocktail recipes called for fresh raspberries, these trays did double-duty for both making the drinks and also providing a sweet snack for the guests.
• Cheese Table: As I mentioned in my post about our wine tasting, I picked out a selection of six cheeses to pair with our wines. There was so much cheese that I ended up putting it on a separate table since it wouldn&#;t fit on the main buffet!
• Homemade Bread: My bread machine makes bread baking a snap, and fresh, homemade bread always seems to be a big hit. • Hummus: I got two large containers of hummus, which I think makes a great party snack. Guests could eat this with the bread or with the veggie platter I made. Which brings us to:
• Veggies: I usually prefer to make my own veggie platters rather than getting the pre-made ones, since it&#;s the more frugal option. I chopped up cucumber and bell pepper, which I served along with grape tomatoes and peeled, chopped carrot sections.
• Pizza: I wanted to have something for a main course, so I picked up several large, ready-to-bake pizzas. Since there was a lot of food, I only ended up needing to bake one during the party &#; we cut it into bite-sized pieces, which made it easy to serve! Pizza also paired with one of the wines I was serving.
• Chocolate: I set out a box of Merci Chocolates to be enjoyed with the Rosa Regale wine that was available.
• Popsicles: I was gifted a stack of coupons for free boxes of Popsicles, so I picked up a few boxes for the party, just for fun! I put them in a foam cooler underneath the buffet table, but had to drag it on the front porch after the box broke apart on one side.

Получено доказательство того, что именно Сергей Сароян руководит сегодня украинским и не только Телетрейд. Он сам признается в этом на видео, раздобытом инициативной группой пострадавших. Видеодоказательство представили на пресс-конференции, прошедшей в июле года, на экране можно наблюдать встречу нового директора с сотрудниками компании Центр Биржевых Технологий, украинской «дочки» Телетрейд.

Пресс-конференцию провели клиенты, потерявший в Телетрейд деньги. Они хотят обнародовать незаконную деятельность брокера-мошенника и сделать достоянием публики имена всех организаторов махинаций. А также попытаться вернуть свои деньги. Среди огромного количества собранных ими материалов, есть все схемы развода, используемые в Телетрейд. Например, проект «Синхронная торговля» — потомок печально известной (но невероятно прибыльной) «Биржи трейдеров». Живых трейдеров заменили торговые программы. В России правоохранители осведомлены о том, что из себя представляет «Синхронная торговля» — еще в году было заведено уголовное дело по факту мошенничества в этом проекте.

В году казахские правоохранительные органы последовали примеру российских и также начали уголовное производство. Арестованы и помещены в СИЗО руководитель казахского филиала Телетрейд и глава Wall Street Invest Partners — дочерней компании.

«Большие боссы» Телетрейд Сергей Шамраев, Мингиян Манжиков и Олег Суворов пытаются замять уголовные дела. Почему же полиция, прокуратура и СБУ не желают замечать беспредела, творящегося у них под носом? Источники в компании рассказывают, что Сергей Сароян уверяет управляющих офисов: им нечего бояться, высшие чины киберполиции накормлены и приручены. Если это правда, то Сергей Сароян продолжит безнаказанно разорять страну и ее жителей, заодно спонсируя военные действия против нее же.
